If you already have a clear understanding of what ADHD is and what you need, we can jump straight into working together. If the whole topic of ADHD is new to you, I also recommend a four-session process combining psychoeducation and coaching. During these sessions, you’ll learn more about what ADHD is in general, what it specifically means for you, the unique strengths it gives you, as well as tools to support daily tasks and methods for relaxation.
