Lack of access to one’s emotions and difficulties in emotional regulation
Challenges in relationships with loved ones and family
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), the method and philosophy I work with, is a short-term therapeutic approach. This means the number of sessions is tailored to the client’s needs—at every session, we work on what you want to work on.
